By placing an order with Mega Virality, you automatically accept all the below listed term of services weather you read them or not. 


We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to insure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.


You will only use the Mega Virality website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/Youtube/Other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.


Mega Virality rates/services are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.


Mega Virality does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and Mega Virality will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.


Mega Virality tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.


Mega Virality reserve the right to stop working with a customer in case that a decision is made for it. In that case we reserve the right to terminate all the future orders, ban you from our site, take away any followers, likes or service delivered to you or your clients.

Mega Virality will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. The customer is the only one responsible of any data wrote by itself.


Liabilities:
Mega Virality is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram or Twitter or Facebook or YouTube or Other Social Media. 


2. Service


Mega Virality will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help boost your "Appearance" only.


We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee you to get the followers you pay for.


We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.


You will not upload anything into the Mega Virality site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social Media community.


Private accounts would not a get a refund! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.


3. Buyer and Reseller, Please Attention


⚠ Please do not use more than one services at the same time for the same page (on this site or others sites) and if you want to use more with same link. Please wait for the first order will be Completed / Cancelled / Partial before placing the next (Or another way: Do not enter the same order twice before the first one gets Completed / Cancelled / Partial, no cancellation will be made and both orders will be marked "Complete"!) . We can't give you a correct Followers / Likes / Views... number in that case. We will not refund for these orders. Please attention! In the case your Order have drop , please wait us to refill or Cancel or Partial before order a new one. We will not cancel in this case. Please attention!


⚠ System will look at start count when you put an order and it will mark the order as completed after the order have enough quantity. So, don't ask us for cancelations or anything else with a reason like: "Views / Likes / Subs... come from my real user, my fan...


⚠ After sending orders, if you delete your page/account/post or any other thing where the order comes to, if you change it to private or you change the username or the account is closed, we will not refund for this cases.


⚠ If you order on our panel for a account, please don't order any other panel for that same account. There is no refund or no excuse will be accepted. If your page had... 10K... 100K or 200K or any amount of Followers / Likes / Views... before order us and you get any drop below the start count, then we can't refill.


⚠ If you use a server with no guarantees, no refill will be made before and after completed. You should use a server non drop or a server with guarantees of days or lifetime. Then if it have no guarantees we can't refill.


⚠ We will accept a cancellation of an order, if is a system error. We Can't cancel after placing an order if we haven't option on it.


⚠ At the ordering time, the system will always look at the start count so, do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We will not be able to give you the correct amount bought in that case.


⚠ When a order is placed give at least 24 hours to process it. After the order is placed and processed you will start receiving the order.


4. Refund Policy


When you buy at Mega Virality you pay for funds. After the funds are paid, they will be deposited into your account balance. You must use the funds bought at Mega Virality. All sales are final. If the paid funds deposit are not added in our side and after you notice us about it our support team is unable to add them within a 3 business days period we will refund you the amount paid less refund fees and in case a 3 days period after the funds are deposited pass away you will lose any refund guarantee. You will lose any refund guarantee if you placed an order or orders with the funds bought. You will lose any refund guarantee if you spend any amount of the funds paid. At the moment you use something of the funds bought you lose all the guarantees to get a refund. In that case you must use the funds bought at Mega Virality.


After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use the funds bought at Mega Virality.


You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason understanding that you are paying for an account balance.


If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers, likes or orders we delivered to your or your clients on Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media accounts.


Orders placed in Mega Virality will be not refunded or canceled after they are placed.You will receive a balance refund to your Mega Virality account if the order is non deliverable.


Misplaced or Private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.


Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.


5. Privacy Policy


This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.


Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
